How Online Coaching Works
1) Schedule a free Introductory session.
2) You will be invited to join the Quenza app for free. This is where your coach will message you and send you activities between sessions.
3) You will initially get a life satisfaction worksheet to help identify areas you are satisfied with and areas you would like to improve in.
4) You will then have your first introductory session. Here you will get to know your coach and see if they are someone you would enjoy working with. They will also learn more about your goals and explain ways in which coaching can help you achieve your goals.
5) Following this session, you will decide how to move forward in your coaching. If you continue with online coaching, you will receive weekly messages from your coach which you can respond to. You can chat about struggles and successes and ask any questions you may have. You will also be sent activities based on what is going on in your life. Then, at a frequency you choose, you will meet with your coach virtually one-on-one to keep building towards your goals.
